The Legislative Accountability and Constituency Engagement (Leg’ACE) Programme is a grassroots-driven initiative by OrderPaper Advocacy Initiative aimed at deepening citizen engagement and fostering legislative accountability. Through Leg’ACE, we bridge the gap between citizens and the Legislature, creating a platform for meaningful interactions, open dialogue, and active participation in the legislative process. Members of the Leg’ACE community, known as ACEs—Active Citizens Engaging the Legislature—play a pivotal role in promoting transparency and accountability.
The Leg’ACE Programme builds a vibrant, supportive community where participants can learn, share knowledge, and drive positive change in government service delivery. Program activities include monthly plenary sessions, regular parliamentary knowledge exchanges, internship opportunities, exclusive programs, leadership and mentorship experiences, and tracking of Constituency Projects. Together, these elements cultivate a collaborative environment that empowers citizens and strengthens democratic governance.
